PRIVACY POLICY
Last update: August 18, 2026
Infinite LLC, brand “Social Infinite” (“we”, “us”), is dedicated to protecting the privacy rights of the players of the game “Clash of Heroes” (Russian title «Битва Героев») and visitors of its official website (together – the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we store, use and, in certain circumstances, share it. It applies to the Service on our website and on every platform through which the game is distributed (social networks, gaming portals, app stores). This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the End User Licence Agreement.
By using the Service you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined in this Privacy Policy. We may amend the Privacy Policy from time to time; the current version is always published on the website, and we encourage you to consult it regularly.
Information We Collect
Our primary objective in collecting information is to provide and enhance the Service, keep your progress safe and let you play from any device.
Account information. Depending on how you sign in, we collect and store:
- Guest play on the website – a random guest identifier stored in your browser (local storage). No name or e-mail is required. If you clear browser data before transferring the guest progress to an account, the progress cannot be recovered.
- E-mail account – your e-mail address and a password (stored only as a salted hash), the date of e-mail confirmation and, optionally, a display name and language.
- Sign-in with a third-party service (e.g. Google) – the identifier of your account at that service, and, if the service shares it and you allow it, your e-mail address and name. We do not receive your password for that service.
- Social networks and gaming platforms (VK, Odnoklassniki, Facebook, GamePush, Yandex Games and others) – the user identifier of the platform and the profile data the platform shares with games under its own terms (usually name, avatar, language, country).
Game data. Progress, heroes, items, purchases, battle results, guild and chat messages, session duration, in-game actions and settings – everything needed to run the game and restore your account.
Support and communications. Messages you send to our support address and information you provide there.
Technical (aggregate) information. Any time you access the Service we may record IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, referring/exit pages, time and date of visits, pages viewed, errors and performance metrics. We use this information to run and improve the Service, fight fraud and abuse and provide customer support; where possible it is stored separately from personal information in an anonymised way.
Payments. Purchases of virtual goods are processed by the payment services of the respective platform or by third-party payment providers. WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO AND DO NOT STORE YOUR BANK CARD DETAILS. We receive only the confirmation of a payment, its amount, currency and the identifier of the purchased goods.
How We Use Information
- to provide the Service, save and restore your progress and let you sign in from any device;
- to send service e-mails: confirmation of e-mail address, password reset, important notices about your account or the Service. These are transactional messages and cannot be unsubscribed from while you keep the account;
- to send news, offers and other marketing messages – only with your consent; every such e-mail contains an unsubscribe link;
- to answer your requests to support;
- to prevent fraud, cheating, abuse and violations of the End User Licence Agreement;
- to analyse how the Service is used and improve it.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent or lease your personal information. We may disclose information:
- to our contractors and service providers who help us operate the Service (hosting, e-mail delivery, payment processing, analytics, customer support) – only to the extent needed to perform their tasks and under confidentiality obligations;
- to the administration of the platform through which you access the game, in accordance with the platform’s rules (e.g. to confirm purchases);
- if required to do so by law, or in good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process (including a search warrant, subpoena, statute or court order), to protect our rights and property or the safety of the public;
- in the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, bankruptcy or similar event, customer information may be transferred to our successor or assignee, if permitted by and done in accordance with applicable law.
Other players can see your in-game name, avatar, level and public in-game statistics, as well as messages you post in public chats or guilds. Any actions you perform with other players are considered public and are at your sole discretion.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website uses cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your language and guest identifier, and to measure how the website is used. You can disable cookies or clear browser data at any time, but some features of the Service (including guest progress and staying signed in) may stop working.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may contain links to other websites and may embed third-party services (sign-in providers, payment services, platform SDKs, analytics, advertising). Those services process your data under their own privacy policies; the fact that the Service links to or embeds a third party does not mean that we endorse it or are affiliated with it. Please read the privacy policies of those services.
Some platforms show advertisements inside the game. Advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers and aggregate information to serve and measure ads; we do not provide them with your personal information on a non-aggregate basis.
IP geolocation. We may use a third-party IP geolocation service to determine the country from which you access the Service (country-level only) in order to provide localised content, prices and payment methods. Only the IP address necessary for geolocation is transmitted to that service.
Changing or Deleting Your Information
You can review and change your e-mail, password and linked sign-in methods in the account section of the website. Information received from a social network or platform is changed in your profile at that platform. To delete your account and the associated data, contact us at the address below; we will do so unless we are legally obligated to retain certain records (e.g. payment records). Virtual goods and progress associated with a deleted account are not restored.
Data Retention and Security
We keep your information for as long as your account exists and for a reasonable period afterwards as required for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes. We have put in place reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorised access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorised third parties will never be able to overcome those measures. Please note that e-mail and messaging systems are not considered secure; do not send us bank card details or other sensitive information through them.
Policy Regarding Children
The Service is not geared toward children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information we will delete such information from our files as quickly as possible. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us with information may contact us at the address below.
